General update

his is just a brief newsletter to inform everyone of the most recent happenings at HPHavenRPG.

new group has been put together to organise special events. This group will be organising events such as Chrsitmas Feasts, balls etc. I am currently looking at ways to streamline the administration at HPH and spread responsibility to everything runs more smoothly. This is the first step in this process. Similar group will be put together over the coming weeks to help administer other aspects of the site.

ou will find that you can now check out what member groups a member belongs to by viewing their forum profile. This includes information such as their house and year level. Hopefully that makes things easier for everyone.

he class attendance list has been updated so that all classes are now recorded on the one page. This makes it quicker and easier to check which of your lessons have been recorded. Class attendance is usually recorded 7 days after a particular lesson begins. If you join after this time, your attendance will not be recorded. Recorded classes are shaded grey in the attendance list. It's a good idea to check the list occasionally to ensure your attendance has been recorded correctly. If it hasn't, let me know, including which classes have been missed in your message.

hat's all the news for now. I'm planning to get this newsletter going again for the next edition, so it will be more interesting and colourful!
